• Law Implementing the Directives of the European Community pertaining
to the professional law regulating the legal profession
Based on the Federal Lawyers' Professional Code, lawyers are obligated to hold professional indemnity insurance with minimum insurance cover of EUR 250,000.00. Details can be found in § 51 BRAO. Our professional indemnity insurance is from HDI Gerling, Firmen und Privat Versicherung AG, Corporate Division, P.O. Box 21 27, 30021 Hanover.
