Franz • Schulkamp is a law firm that, in an age of large-scale law firms, follows the traditional law firm philosophy. The compact size of our law firm makes it possible for us to enjoy a close and trusting relationship with our clients which in turn guarantees efficient, prompt and commercially successful client support. We see the personal and continuous support of our clients by the respective lawyer as a key feature of our work.

Franz • Schulkamp is a law firm for business law. Our focus areas are industrial property protection, including press law, private building and architect law, real estate law, general civil and liability law and commercial and company law. We are also active for our clients in commercial tenancy law, agency and public procurement law and in labour law. Another main area is litigation throughout Germany.
